我性格热情随和，活泼开朗，具有团队进取心，有较强的动手能力，具有较高专业素养，态度认真，善于交流，有足够的的自学潜力和应变能力，在大学期间就一直担任班长职务以及助教职务，帮助老师分担工作，也得到了老师们的认可。让我最有归属感的是——我的母校云南经济管理学院，在校期间我的所有任课老师都对我很好，给与了我很多帮助，特别是我们的外教老师，对我十分的好，还让我担任她们的助教，一方面给了我锻炼的机会，另一方面也让我看到了自己的价值，2014我也有幸代表云南经济管理学院参加了云南省高教社杯高职高专英语口语大赛，并获得专业英语组第二名的成绩，这一切都离不开指导我的老师们，给与了我很多帮助。通过大学阶段的学习，使我对于教育行业有了更多更进一步的学习与认识。我本着学好本专业，尽量扩大知识面，并加强能力锻炼的原则，大量汲取知识财富，锻炼了自己的各种能力。我认真发挥自己的特长，挖掘自身的潜力，不断将理论联系实际，从而逐步提高了自己的学习能力、教学能力和分析处理问题的能力及组织协调能力、和管理能力，在专业技能上，更能适应社会发展的需求。与其同时，心中也萌发了出国留学深造的念头。
在泰国读研的经历也给了我很多收获，团队合作能力，独立学习独立思考能力，以及教研方面的能力提升。相信通过在泰国读研的经历能够在教育教学管理教研等方面都有着相应的能力提升，性格开朗，教学方法灵活，耐心好这些优点总是能让学生十分喜欢，并且思想比较活络开放，能够和学生打成一片，成为亦师亦友状态。并且在研究生毕业时，也在国内核心期刊上面发表了自己的论文。算是给自己两年的研究生生涯画上一个小小的结尾。在泰国的学习过程中，我学到了很多的东西，不单单只是知识，更收获了很多有着共同理想的小伙伴们，虽然已经各奔东西，但是每个小伙伴都如愿进入了心仪的学校，成为了真正的教师，完成了自己的梦想，回想起在泰国读研的时光，即快乐而充实，快乐是因为有着很多小伙伴的陪伴，我们相互过生日，在宿舍自己做饭，租车出去旅行，每天都充实在各种快乐的时光里面，每天的宿舍总是充满了欢声笑语。但只有快乐也是不行的，读研的过程也是痛并快乐着，研究生每天面临着很多的课程，很多小组报告，每次报告老师对我们的要求都是十分严格，要求我们所说的每句话都必须有着依据，我们上课第一天，我们老师告诉我们，研究生是站在巨人的肩膀上做研究的。正是因为有着这些负责任的老师，才让我们顺利完成了研究生的学习生涯，并且发表了自己的论文，当完成论文的一刻，自豪感油然而生。
因为有了留学经历和教育行业的背景，毕业后，有很多泰国的学校邀请我留在泰国工作，但是我拒绝了。我是昆明人，是云南经济管理学院培养了我，我要将我所学的知识，在自己的母校传授给更多的学子，为家乡的教育建设出一把力。回到翰文工作，是因为我有母校情结。当别人问起我是从哪毕业的，我都会很自豪地说：从云南经济管理学院毕业的。在泰国博仁大学的学习结束后，我立刻就回到母校报到了。希望我能运用自己的所学尽可能地影响到更多的翰文学子！
I am warm and easygoing, lively and cheerful, with team spirit, strong practical ability, high professional quality, serious attitude, good at communication, and have enough self-study potential and adaptability. During my college years, I have been working as monitor and assistant, helping teachers share the work, which has also been recognized by teachers.During my school time, all my teachers were very good to me and gave me a lot of help, especially our foreign teachers, who were very good to me. They also asked me to be their teaching assistant. On the one hand, they gave me the opportunity to exercise, on the other hand, they also let me see my own value, In 2014, I was also fortunate to represent Yunnan University of Business Management to participate in the Yunnan Higher Education Society cup oral English competition for higher vocational colleges, and won the second place in the professional English group. All these are inseparable from the teachers who guide me and give me a lot of help.Through the university stage of learning, so that I have a further study and understanding of the education industry. In line with the principle of learning this major well, expanding the scope of knowledge as far as possible and strengthening the ability training, I have learned a lot of knowledge wealth and exercised my various abilities. I seriously play to their strengths, tap their potential, and constantly integrate theory with practice, so as to gradually improve their learning ability, teaching ability, ability to analyze and deal with problems, organization and coordination ability, and management ability, in terms of professional skills, more able to adapt to the needs of social development. At the same time, the idea of studying abroad for further study sprouted in my heart.
The experience of Graduate School in Thailand also gave me a lot of harvest, team cooperation ability, independent learning, independent thinking ability, as well as the ability of teaching and research. I believe that through my postgraduate study experience in Thailand, I can improve my ability in education, teaching management, teaching and research. I am cheerful, flexible in teaching methods and patient. These advantages always make students like it very much, and I am flexible and open-minded. I can get along with students and become a teacher and friend. And when graduate students graduated, they also published their own papers in domestic core journals. It's a small end to my two-year graduate career.In the process of studying in Thailand, I learned a lot, not only knowledge, but also many friends with common ideals. Although they have gone their separate ways, each of them has entered their favorite school, become a real teacher, fulfilled their dream, and recalled the time when they went to graduate school in Thailand, that is, happy and full, Happy is because we have a lot of friends to accompany us. We celebrate each other's birthdays, cook our own meals in the dormitory, rent a car to travel, and enrich ourselves in all kinds of happy times every day. Every day's dormitory is always full of laughter. But happiness is not enough. The process of postgraduate study is painful and happy. Graduate students are faced with a lot of courses every day, many group reports. The teacher's requirements for each report are very strict. Every sentence we say must have a basis. On the first day of our class, our teacher told us that graduate students are doing research on the shoulders of giants. It is because of these responsible teachers that we have successfully completed our graduate study career and published our own papers. When we finished our papers, we felt proud.
After graduation, many Thai schools invited me to stay in Thailand to work, but I refused. I'm from Kunming. It's Yunnan University of Business Management that trained me. I want to impart my knowledge to more students in my alma mater, so as to contribute to the education of my hometown.I decided to come back to Hanwen to work because I have a alma mater complex. When people ask me where I graduated from, I am always very proud to say: I graduated from Yunnan University of Business Management. After my study at Dhurakij Pundit University in Thailand, I immediately went back to my alma mater to report. I hope I can use what I have learned to influence as many students as possible!
